Thanks to the existing docs, and a number of random wiki entries and blog posts, I've been able to weave together a solution with allows SSH login authenticated against AD, does a kinit on login, and then allows unixODBC through FreeTDS to make a trusted connection to MS SQL Server 2008 without a second login.
