Very interesting. I filed this ticket
<https://github.com/rails-sqlserver/tiny_tds/issues/62> on my Ruby's TinyTDS
page so I can look into our single use of dbsetlversion() vs dbsetversion()
which does support DBVERSION_100 now. I myself have never considered which is
more appropriate or tested if I should do both.
