We switched to Microsoft's official nomenclature once they
published it. The configure script uses the new numbers, and
freetds.conf accepts them, but freetds.conf also still recognizes
the old numbers as a compatibility measure. At some future time
that may no longer be true, but it's true for 0.91.
The UG and configure help strings both reflect the new
nomenclature, and the NEWS file in the RC mentions the change.
(For the record, so that no one's confused, you're using 0.91RC1.
There's no 0.91 yet.)
