Thanks for the response.

This is the configure command I ran and I've included the output.

On reviewing this more clearly it would appear the configure does error,
but I'm unsure why.

./configure -prefix=/usr/local/freetds --with-tdsver=8.0

How did you configured FreeTDS? Was there any error or warnings during
"configure" run? DId make finished successfully?
