Yes. ct-lib and db-lib both end up calling the libtds function
parse_server_name_for_port().
Use the "form server_hostname:port". You don't need to provide the port
if you're using the default. Remember that the TDS version is controlled
by the compiled-in default or the environment variable TDSVER. You can
also use TDSPORT.
