Upgrading would be helpful. The newer release includes many improvements.
Have a look at the README, NEWS, and ChangeLog for more information.
But 0.63 can connect to your server. Try TDSDUMPCONFIG, and pay special
attention to your ODBC configuration. If you're not using ODBC-Combined,
take care to set your TDS version to 7.0.
