Vitaly,
Actually, here we have totally locked down PCs, so I cannot install Windows
SQuirreL. I have a few PCs where we are allowed to install an ODBC driver
or two and Cognos. I can compare the calls in the MS JDBC, but I am at a
loss when it comes to where I plug in anything new to fix it. Well, the
real test is whether it works under Cognos Impromptu 7.1 MR1!
Thanks,
David

Devid,
We are diving in right direction. If you'll compare Squirrel's logs for
native ODBC driver on Windows and FreeTds flavor on Solaris - you'll get all
what you need for analysis. (I suspect that you have the Windows Squirrel
version working).
Sincerely yours.
