No.. I'm sorry. MySQL is designed for speed and few feature while in
MSSQL is the opposite. Many resources are spent for transaction and
other things. Another way to boost performance is to use persistence
connection or a pooled server (I would not suggest our pool server is
not that stable and not support newer protocol versions).
