Let me explain. :-)

I would have released RC 9, but freebcp seemed to be broken. I haven't
had time to investigate. I know you applied the patches, and I wanted
to satisfy myself that bcp works. It's a part of FreeTDS that is
indispensable when it's needed, and it's very important that users know
bcp operations will 1) work and 2) not corrupt their data.

We made some pretty deep changes to db-lib in the 0.63 branch. I think
we flushed out some problems because we gave people a chance to use the
release candidates.

I'll publish RC 10 this weekend, once I confirm bcp on TDS 5.0 and 7.0.
I hope people will try RC 10 and merrily tell us all is well, so we can
release it at 0.63.

You've done a pile of work on 0.64 already, Freddy. Bravo! I don't
know if cancel/timeout processing actually works yet, but I can see
we're at least getting there.
