- Subject: [freetds] Simple password question
- Date: Thu, 3 Feb 2005 10:32:11 +0200
Hi All,
I have been developing a daemon process on Linux for a little application
that talks to a MSSQL server.
At the moment during testing I control the username & password settings in
the environment,
But that's not very safe.
What would be the securest place to store this type of info, where the
application can pick it up from ??
Any ideas would be appreciated.
