Freddy,

I see you've applied most of the fixes to the 0.62 branch. I updated
src/odbc/unittests. I'll try the current transaction.c later.

Are you done? I'm thinking of releasing 0.62.2 this weekend. (!)

AIUI, the SQLFetch() fix won't be in 0.62.2. That's OK, unless you think
it's easy.

Thanks for applying the changes, too. That saved me some time.

I had an idea, BTW, about version numbers. I think when we start making
changes to the release branch, we should set the version number to a "point
development" number, similar to what we do with HEAD. So, instead of:

-AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE(freetds, 0.62.1)
+AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE(freetds, 0.62.2)

we'd use:

define(TDSDATE, esyscmd(echo -n $(date +"%Y%m%d")))
AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE(freetds, 0.62.2.dev.TDSDATE)

Then I'll switch it to " 0.62.2" when I release it. OK?
