Hello all. I am new to freetds.
I have an SQL server 2000 and I
want my php scripts running from
my linux box to be able to connect
to the SQL server machine.
I downloaded the latest freetds
and installed it with config:
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/freetds
make, make install
I then downloaded php 4.3.3 and did
./configure --with-sybase=/usr/local/freetds
(some more standard params....)
make, make install.
Is this good enough for me to connect to
a SQL server? Can I now use mssql_connect()?
