I see, thanks for the clarification, Michael. For the record, there's no
such option on Microsoft servers, at least not according to the 7.0 docs I'm
looking at. It appears the default behaviors differ in this regard.

Up through 7.0, Microsoft servers had transactional capacity similar to
Sybase pre-System 10 (no "rollback trigger"). SQL Server 2000 has more
sophisticated transaction support, but I don't have any experience with it.
