The CS_COMPLETION_CB problem may not really be gone. We currently define
CS_COMPLETION_CB but we don't actually support completion callbacks yet.

If you file a bug report with the missing symbols, I can at least add stubs
for those relatively soon. Which may or may not be enough to get sybperl up
and running...

I downloaded last night's freetds snapshot and the CS_COMPLETION_CB problem
went away. Now I'm getting:

symbol dbgetmaxprocs: referenced symbol not found (etc). Don't know if Nick
is working on this but just wanted to let you know just in case.
