DBD::Sybase recently changed from using cs_ctx_alloc() to cs_ctx_global().
When it was mentioned here a couple of weeks ago, I added cs_ctx_global() to
FreeTDS. So, older versions of DBD::Sybase didn't need this function.

OK, but riddle me this, Batman: linking DBD::Sybase to FreeTDS is not a new
trick. People have been doing that since Lincoln was president. Well,
since before HP bought Compaq. How did they do it without cs_ctx_global?
