No, but the default size we will be using is more than sufficient for the
t0017 unit test. It's also larger than the Sybase-documented default text
size, so a well-behaved application would already need to increase this size
for direct bulk-copy into a text column. A site that needs a larger value
by default is still free to update their freetds.conf with a larger number.

I committed this freetds.conf change. If a better solution is found later,
this line can be commented out at that time.

And if the data file's field is, say, 74,512 bytes? Do we know how to send
successive pieces?
