It already does use a dynamically allocated buffer. The problem is that MS
SQL tells us to allocate a *two gigabyte* buffer, and that allocation fails.
Using SET TEXTSIZE ensures that MS SQL will only ask us to allocate a
reasonable amount.

I think best solution if to use dynamic allocated buffer, same method used
in token.c for retrieving rows...
