Yes and Yes. When we get 0.60 out the door, I'll make
"As of version 0.60, the default datetime->string conversion is controlled
by the locale.conf file. See the User Guide for details."
the first sentence in the answer. Similarly, I'll re-word the date range
answer then, too.
To me, this is a clear example of how the FAQ is an index into the UG. The
FAQ answer can outline the situation, and point to detailed instructions in
the Guide.
