The FreeTDS library should not have a limit on the number of columns it
will handle in a table, although you may run into server-side limits.
If you find a table that FreeTDS has trouble handling because it has too
many columns, that is a bug in FreeTDS; please report it.
There are still problems using some types of columns under FreeTDS,
though I don't remember specifically what columns those are. I believe
the FreeTDS FAQ covers most of this, though.
