I'm going to concur with Michael here. The product name in the ack token
is not real reliable (it is 'sql server' for both Sybase and MS) and the
four product version octets (11.9.2 -> 0x0b 0x09 0x02 0x00) will someday
overlap I'm sure. Besides MS has decided that service packs aren't
important enough to report, so the only useful thing here is all but
useless.
