how can i get the return of the rows for a tds_submit_query in c ...

if tried to figure out the logic from the examples t000?

i know the tds works ( compiled into php ) ( and it returns the rows )
but i cant seem to get it to work in my own programs .. not sure what
should be done after the tds_submit_query ?
