DB-Lib (sybase) and Win32 DB-Lib are mostly the same. Win32 adds some
functions and changes at least one structure (DBDATEREC). There is a
switch in configure (--enable-msdblib) to give dbdatecrack() the MS
behaviour instead of dblib's. Otherwise, things will be pretty much as
they are in the Sybase docs. Sybase has these online at
http://sybooks.sybase.com
