I've got the dblib directory so tht it compiles cleanly with -Wall,
but I haven't had time to look for the problem in dbnextrow() yet.
I did find a couple problems when I was getting the code -Wall ready.
Ski season hasn't started yet so maybe tomorrow I'll try to get the
tds directory to compile cleanly.
