CHPAC membership,

Pursuant to our discussion last night about 523 E. Franklin St.  Sally asked me to pass this link to a blog post she wrote  a number of years ago about the building.  It will give you some background info.   jy

Jeff,

I am sorry I had to leave your very good meeting before it was over. Georgeann is a excellent person to be helping with the project.

If you would, please circulate this link to the commission--it's my own humble blog post about the building and why it is architecturally significant. I'm proud of my Council for the visionary action we took in preserving it for future generations. There are obviously lots of wonderful possibilities for putting the space (including those great terraces) to good use!
