Sorry, I should have said:
1. Although http://creativecommons.org.uk is a wiki, editing of content is
only accessible to project teams I'm afraid; so there's no public 'edit'
item in the sidebar.
2. The 'featured content' pages are at
http://creativecommons.org.uk/?n=EnglandAndWales.Featuring and at
http://creativecommons.org.uk/?n=Scotland.Featuring ; details, such as they
are, are there. This is new and may take a little time to get going. I don't
myself have any strong view on the best format for a submission , could be
short or long. Just write what you want to.
3. The website itself is still a 'work in progress'; comments, suggestions,
corrections are welcomed.

Several very worthwhile offers already and I hope to see them all up soon-
keep them coming and tell others!
