Kia ora cc-nz list members and HRN Board members

I'm very pleased to confirm that the CC licences are now live, at

http://creativecommons.org/license/?jurisdiction=nz

Aotearoa New Zealand is the 41st nation to have ported licences.

The delay following the seminar was a consequence of the ANZ licences'
having become the first V.3 plain language CC licences. Intensive checking
was undertaken to ensure that they were as exact in their content, mark up
and presentation as they could be. Thanks to CC, especially Mike Linksayer
and Nathan Kinkade for their contributions at this stage, and at home to our
Legal Team, without whom none of this would have been possible.

Some work has been done updating the CC ANZ site, following the very
successful seminar. Thanks to the National Library of New Zealand, and Karin
Kos, the Project manager, for their major contribution to the success of the
day.

Planning for further work to extend the capability of the site is underway.

Please send Alastair Pharo (admin AT creativecommoms.org.nz) any information
about New Zealanders using CC licences in their work. This is one part of
the website which we want to populate asap.

Thank you for your support in getting the project to this point.
