The output isn't meant to be read by humans, but to be used by corpus
linguistic tools (i.e. computer programs), so using any of the formats
you mention wouldn't make any sense. The output is in a version of the
TIGER-XML format, which is meant to hold that sort of information.

Actually, the output as of now is pretty useless. It needs to be
tokenised, segmented (into sentences), and linguistically annotated,
before it can be used. You can see the TIGER-XML documentation
(http://tinyurl.com/5yubw) to get an idea of how it will look after
that.
