An ultra-friendly method exists for finding the right, complete logical pathway through the maze of instructions for any complex subject.  You can see how this works for whole families of user scenarios for any system at  www.flipp-explainers.org   The main thing that makes this different is that you see all available scenarios that work already arranged (or structured or pictured or frameworked) for you.  This means you can easily spot the right scenario for your situation (among maybe thousands of possible scenarios) and move through it to the right conclusion.  Logical connections that make sense of the content are seen without reading text or learning 20 flowchart symbols.

It reduces 10 pages of text to a 1-page non-technical layout on a game board.  Computers, while convenient, aren't required.

FLIPP was developed and used at a large company over a period of years where users came to prefer it by far for communicating about complex subjects and understanding how to use them first-time through.  It is described and is freely available to all at  www.flipp-explainers.org .
