0) I am not a lawyer, I don't speak for Creative Commons.

1) No.

As of right now, you can't "mix" content under any CC license
with content under the GFDL (except as allowed by fair use), and
you can't take CC-licensed work, make modifications, and license
the new version under the GFDL.

Future revisions of the ShareAlike licenses may have compatibility
with the GFDL built in, where "compatibility" means that you can
create and distribute derivative work and license that work under
the GFDL instead of under the CC license you used it with.

2) If by "compatible" you mean "sharing the same spirit as, but with
different detailed stipulations", then the Attribution-ShareAlike
and ShareAlike licenses are probably as close as you can get.

2) License discussions should probably happen on the cc-license list.
