Yep, thanks.  Consider the reference clarified.  We'll update the html accordingly.

I believe that the (2) here refers to Sec. 2(b)(2), not Sec. 2, but in
the HTML version of the license, "(2)" is hyperlinked/anchored to Sec.
2, not Sec. 2(b)(2).

So:
(1) The HTML version of the license needs to be fixed :)
(2) As a matter of drafting, it might be more precise to say "Sections
2(b)(1) and 2(b)(2)" instead of the current phrasing.
