I agree with Gregory and oppose the proposal by Sebastian.
What Sebastian proposes is that all CC free licenses may be turned into non-free derivatives, while the opposite way is not possible.
If the author desires that for a work, she or he can achieve this with CC BY. Using CC BY-SA indicates that they desire the work and its derivatives to remain free.
