If you do not mind having people licensing derivative works of your CC-licensed work under all types of CC licences, why dont you use a plain CC_BY licence? The only possible problem with such a scenario is that you could not stop someone from licensing the derivative works under a proprietary licence.

Hi, I was thinking it might be a good idea if extra options could be added to the
sharealike/copyleft licences, to allow derivative works to be licensed under certain other Creative
Commons licences. I've licensed some music under the BY-SA licence, but I'd also like to let people
make derivative works which are licensed under the BY-NC-SA and BY-NC-ND licences (and probably
others). At the moment, I can allow this for the BY-NC-SA by dual-licensing my work under both
licences, but not for any of the others. Does anyone else think that would be a good idea?

Thanks,

Guy
