The only other license attribute compatible with SA is NC, NonComercial.

You cannot re-license NonCommercial work under a commercial license (igoring
fair use). Therefore the two SA licenses (BY-SA and BY-SA-NC) are mutually
incompatible.

So with SA, you can only combine BY-SA work with other BY-SA work, and
BY-SA-NC work with other BY-NC-SA.

If a new work is created comprising of 2 assets both of which are governed by CC licenses with a share-alike attribute but which differ in their other attributes, how is the new work to be licensed? In other words, which of the 2 asset licenses will govern the new work’s license?
