The only other license attribute compatible with SA is NC, NonComercial.
You cannot re-license NonCommercial work under a commercial license (igoring
fair use). Therefore the two SA licenses (BY-SA and BY-SA-NC) are mutually
incompatible.
So with SA, you can only combine BY-SA work with other BY-SA work, and
BY-SA-NC work with other BY-NC-SA.
