I am not too sure the Q belongs here, but I have been stricken by doubt
so here goes:
If I decide to podcast readings of poetry or literary passages from
works of famous writers [not mine, from works/books I own], is that
legal? It is not a reproduction or an electronic distribution...
I think that is like playing tracks from CDs which have been legally
procured.
I am not sure on the rules here...
Any answers/tips will be appreciated.
Thanks
Umang
