As I understand these things, the practical answer is no because while you
can
change it and anyone getting it from you from now on will need to respect the
new license with respect to the copy they get from you, anyone who has a copy
under the first license can excercise the rights you gave them. You cannot
change the license for them. Anyone getting their copy from those people will
also get it under the terms of the share alike license and so on.

Why are you having second thoughts?
