I'm about to start a specification and reference implementation
for an ethics search protocol (esp).

http://www.nongnu.org/esp/

Seen from a cc perspective the difference is to rather
tag organizations than web content.

This tagging would consist of ethical policies and evaluations
by third parties, which can easily be associated with each other.

This is not strictly related to cc but could potentially cause
specialized search engines for this type of content to appear
and I think the relationship to cc is strong enough to mention
it here.

The content of policies will probably follow policy schemes
or templates, so that parts of an organization's advertised
ethics become conveniently searchable for search engines,
including a structural understanding of advertised ethics,
and third parties can attach 'deep links' to certificate,
evaluate or complain about adherance or
non-adherance.
