I am not part of the CC project, but my understanding is that CC does
_not_ claim copyright on the text of the licenses. Therefore, you may
take the license text, add your clause, and use that new license.
However, you may not refer to the new license as a Creative Commons
license.
I'm curious which license you were considering using. If you plan to
use a copyleft (i.e. "ShareAlike") license, keep in mind they generally
require derived works to use the _same_ license. This could be an issue
in the future if someone wants to combine your work with some other work
also under a copyleft license. For this reason, I wonder if there would
be a way to get the attribution you'd like without modifying the text of
the license. Any ideas?
