Hi Tom,
ccLearn is an organization, an extension of Creative Commons, which promotes open education and the use of Creative Commons licenses for educational resources. If your video-based seminars are already licensed under a Creative Commons license then you're already participating in the open education movement!
Could you send a link to your seminars? I'd love to check them out.
BTW, the ability to remix, translate, and/or revise is something that the No Derivatives term prevents. You might find you'll get more bang for your buck if you drop that term from your work.
