Thanks all -- I've just announced this to my large undergraduate class of 90+ students and tomorrow I'll promote it in my postgraduate class. There should be at least a few people coming, although I cannot give any scientific estimation. See you!

I assume we will have a projector and an internet connection or internet-connected computer?

Hi all,

Just got a email from Melissa, please be noticed that the venue had
changed from rm 603 to 305.

I think we should also put a notice in front of Rm 603 just in case
students missed the notification.

Thanks Melissa for informing us.

Dear Mr. Cheng,

Pls note that the total registration number is 57. The room 603 of HKU SPACE
Admiralty Learning Centre we booked that only can accommodate 50 person.
Therefore we changed the venue to:

Venue: Room 305, Admiralty Centre (HKU SPACE Admiralty Learning Centre)

I will adv participants the change of venue by email.

Hi all,

So finally... The Creative Commons Workshop
(http://cc.workshop.hk.googlepages.com/) will be held on this Saturday
(24 Nov), 9:30am - 12:30am at Rm 603 of Admiralty Centre, HKU Space.

For some final preparation, may Melissa Wong or Chan-yau tell us about the
number of participants registered, and is there any things we can help on
the logistic side? And is there any speakers joining this event need
arrangement of special equipment?

As a reminder, we have a plan and rundown for the event on the wiki :
http://cchk.wetpaint.com/page/Practical+Workshop+on+the+Use+of+CC+Materials

:-) Any idea or comment? Or any idea for our next events or community
meeting? :-)

Ben
