Hi all:

I read this article last week:
http://arstechnica.co.uk/tech-policy/2016/04/anti-innovation-eu-excludes-open-source-from-new-tech-standards/

Moody writes that the Commission is pursuing open standards with regard to the digital single market strategy, but that “open” as characterized in their documents—specifically the ICT Standardisation Priorities for the Digital Single Market—might actually rule out open licensing. Does anyone know more?

Thanks,
tvol
