Dear all,

Last week I organised on behalf of CC a policy debate on OERs in the European Parliament, sponsored by a Polish Member of the Parliament, Róza Thun. We had a good turnout of stakeholders and experts, Teresa Nobre from CC Portugal gave a great talk about a study on educational exceptions and limitations that we are doing, and Gwen Franck helped with the organisation (thanks!).
