Hi Daniele

Can we get a bit more background information on the intended use of the statement?

The language itself seems fairly good - but it would be great to know more about what it will be used for.

Dear Affiliates
During the meeting of CC-Europe in Helsinki, a proposal has been debated between the representatives of national CC Affiliates in favor of firmer public policies on Open Society in Europe..
All the affiliates present agreed for this text.
Please do not hesitate to add some (light) modifications.
For the National affiliates not represented :  you can also join this draft and sign up.
We are conscious that it is a very general statement but it seems that CC Europe must to be more present on the field of Open Society debates.
Thank you for your reaction.
If there is no reaction, we will consider that the vote of the CC representatives at this meeting is official.
All my best
