Could we all chip in and help get the response rate up? Thanks for your help :)

Dear all

A reminder that you only have one week to complete the CC Affiliates: Annual Reporting survey

At the moment response rates are disappointingly low. This is an important survey, and  fulfils in part affiliates' reporting requirements under the new MOU.

So please take 15 minutes to highlight activities, events and adopters in your jurisdiction, report on major challenges you are facing, and provide feedback to HQ.

>> For those who weren't around for it last year, or who don't remember, CC began this short annual survey in 2010 to improve communication between Affiliates, Staff and the Board of Directors. You can see the results of last year's survey, as they were published in anonymised form, here.
>>
>> The Affiliate Survey is intended as a way for affiliates to share progress in their jurisdictions, and to provide feedback to HQ about their priorities and challenges. This year it will particularly inform the work of the Affiliate Network Coordinator and the Regional Project Managers, as they strive to better support CC's global community in 2012. We are conducting the survey annually so we can compare data from different years, and begin to see trends over time.
>>
>> We ask each jurisdiction to please complete the survey by 13 January 2012, so that we can be better informed for our ongoing work. The survey is designed to be short and simple, and should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete. It has been slightly refined from last year, but largely contains the same basic questions.

>> Once again, you can find the survey here and responses are due by 13 January. We look forward to hearing from you.
