Hi
I was really interested by this article by Mr Javier Muñoz
"El lado oscuro de las licencias Creative Commons"
http://www.iabogado.com/2005/07/el-lado-oscuro-de-las-licencias.cfm
(Mentioned in the last thread of this discussion list)
https://lists.ibiblio.org/sympa/arc/cc-es/2005-July/001005.html
On June 19 2005 I wrote
"The Dark side of Creative Commons."

The title is the same but the topics are quite different.
I believe that this kind of "dark sides" could be pretty interesting for creative commons Spain at least as they were interesting and discussed here in Italy.
Do you know Joichi Ito?
As you certainly know is one of the **founders** of creative commons.
Good!
But take a look here
http://www.3dsolve.com/people.html
Joichi Ito, ***Founder***, (of 3dsolve)
What is 3dsolve ?
http://www.3dsolve.com/background.html
[..]
3Dsolve, The Simulation Learning Company, is working to become the leader in simulation learning for
***government, military, and corporate applications****, a market estimated to reach ***$6.1 billion by 2006.***
[..]
Watch this

What is your point of view about this kind of stuff?
And what about this kind of "founders"?
Could Creative Commons go to the world social forum while one of its founders leads a company that works for the USA army?
Best
