Hi Wendy,
Sorry for the delayed reply. Just to make sure I understand
completely, are you consistently seeing failures with certain values
for the jurisdiction? When you say failure, are you getting an HTTP
500, or is it returning an error XML stanza? If the latter, can you
let me know what it is?
