Besonders interessant, auch für die betreffenden Künstler, ist, dass die
Vorgehensweise des Labels dazu führt, dass die Musik von den speziellen
Suchmaschinen nicht gefunden wird.

Wegen der von den Verantwortlichen geäußerten Befürchtung, ihre Website wäre
nicht mehr attraktiv und damit ihr Geschäftsmodell obsolet, wenn jeder die
Musik zum Download anbieten kann,
möchte ich auf diesen Link aufmerksam machen:
http://creativecommons.org/technology/embedding
mp3-Files können zusätzlich mit einem "Verification Link" zu einer Website
versehen werden, durch den deutlich gemacht wird, wer den Inhalt
CC-lizenziert hat. Das soll eine gewisse Sicherheit dagegen bieten, dass
Nichtsnutze Madonnas Musik CC-lizenzieren; ein Nebeneffekt ist, dass es
Traffic auf die Site des ursprünglichen Anbieters zieht.
