Apparently they will be the biggest contributor of Open Source code on the planet once they release Open Solaris.

This is great news. The irony is that although they may be the biggest contributor, having done this after IBM, this looks like a "me too" decision rather than a forward thinking initiative. Wish they'd done this sooner.
