HIGHLIGHTS
Curriculum and Creative
Commons
In order encourage open
access to Adobe's curricular materials and ensure that educators know their
rights for using the materials in their classroom, we have placed all our
curricular materials under a Creative Commons license. The curriculum has
always been free and we encourage educators to use it and adapt it to their
setting, but now the usage rights should be more clear. All works are licensed
under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 Unported
License <http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/> , signified
by the image below.
For details on the specific rights, granted by this license, visit the
Creative Commons website <http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/>
. Encourage educators you meet with to use, adapt, and share Adobe's
curriculum.
Curriculum localization
opportunities
Curriculum is a valuable
part of Adobe's solutions for teaching and learning. Curriculum influences
purchase decisions and active use of the software after purchase. We're working
hard to bring our curricular materials to a wider audience across the globe. In
the past, we've worked with regional teams and partners to localize curriculum
materials for Latin America, Turkey, Italy, Germany, Hong Kong, and Russia. But
we want to expand to other geographies and equip you to use curriculum to grow
your business. Localization projects require regional
teams to find and manage a local publishing partner, but we will offer support
in negotiating a partnership contract as well as providing the necessary
materials to localize. If you're interested in discussing or
starting a curriculum localization project, please contact Matt Niemitz <mailto:mniemitz AT adobe.com>
.
