Those who have been following Senator Kate Lundy's Public Sphere series, or who is just interested in government and Web 2.0, might want to check out the final paper, due to be submitted to a number of committees.
 
They're looking for feedback, with comments due by 7 October.

Dear attendees,

We have extended the editing period for the ICT and Creative Industry Development Public Sphere briefing paper till the 7th October. We have integrated all of the content now, and have had some great contributions from other people.

As this briefing paper will be presented to the Commonwealth Commercialisation Institute and the Information Technology Innovation Council, both initiatives of Minister Carr, we strongly urge you to have your say and ensure your views are represented in this paper. We would also ask that you please forward the link around to others you link might be interested in this paper for contributions.
