Subject: [cc-au] Launch of Creative Commons Aotearoa New Zealand website
For those who attended the Building an Australasian Commons
conference in June, you would have heard of the fantastic work that is happening
in CC across the Tasman.
Creative Commons Aotearoa New Zealand (CCANZ) has today launched their new website at www.creativecommons.org.nz.
Currently featured on the site are the remixable indie-electric rock band Knives at Noon who've just announced tour dates around Dunedin, Auckland and Wellington.
Also of note is Richard Stallman's lecture on 'Copyright vs Community in the Age of Computer Networks' to be held tomorrow at the University of Waikato.
From CCANZ's site you can choose your own Creative Commons New Zealand 3.0 Licence, find helpful advice, read about Kiwi CC users, join the CC community and promote your work, keep up-to-date with news and events and share your thoughts in the forum discussions.
For further information, please contact CCANZ Project Manager Jane Hornibrook at janehornibrook AT gmail.com.
